We wish to inspire Chalet owners to create unique holiday experiences!  Our goal is to be the world’s biggest marketplace for personalised artwork, decore and merch for chalet, holiday rental and boutique hotel owners. We believe that by helping owners merchandise and monetise their interiors, The Holiday Host Company will become a trusted one-stop-shop for anyone looking to create a unique holiday experience.  Initially our focus was on Chalets, but we quickly expanded into helping AirBnB and Boutique Hotel owners around the world to develop branding and merchandise for their properties.

What We Do

We actively seek out charming products.  Our site members rely on us to inspire and create products personlised to their property.   We are connected with and seek out artwork and decore from artisans all over the world and showcase their niche products.  Our product creators are all set-up with proven shipping methods and systems in place.

 

​Who We Are

 

The Holiday Host Company was the brain-child of our founder who experienced difficulties in purchasing original and personalised decore and homewares to theme a chalet she was renovating with a Swiss vibe.  After realising that unique decore wasn’t an exclusive problem for just chalet owners, it was also an issue for AirBnB and Boutique Hotel owners too.

 

Solving the problem of getting chalet decore to the Australian market was the original goal, but realising that unique personalised decore, was a game changer for every rental owner trying to think of ways to stand out in an the extremely crowded holiday social media space.  The Ho Ho Shop also solved the problem of the constant stress of finding new ways of photographing the same property over and over again.  Suddenly there was something new to talk about and focus.  So our members all receive their own Ho Ho Shop to house their personalied products.

 

that Airbnb and Boutique Hotel owners who suffer from breakages may only want to replace one or two breakages rather than replacing a set. So we have made it that the owner or the guest that broke the item can easily reorder from the Ho Ho Shop. 

 

 

Unique decore and accessories create a ‘feeling’, which also makes for good Instagram content as well as extra cash. Developing Holiday experiences are all the rage in the AirBnBs space because they are the ones that stand out and get bookings and referrals. 

 

 

Ho Ho Shops, monetise holiday rental interiors when the rental is empty.   By developing and selling items featured in their Holiday rentals is another revenue stream for the owner.  

 

 

On top of the initial goal of creating personalised chalet products for Australian Chalets the company was further developed to service Chalets in the United States, Canada, Australia and European countries such as United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain.

The Holiday Host Company have a diverse team operating from countries around the world, with our primary office in Sydney CBD.  The Holiday Host story is just beginning and we hope to reach even more holiday rental and boutique hotel and Airbnb owners in the future.
